Abstract
İş ilişkisinin temel unsurlarından olan ücret basın çalışanları için farklı düzenlemeler içermektedir. Ücretin peşin ödenmesi, gününde ödenmeyen ücretin % 5 fazlası ile ödenmesi bunlara örnek verilebilir. Gazetecinin ücreti diğer çalışanların ücretleriyle kıyaslandığında elverişli haklara sahip olduğu görülmektedir.
